Yeah... but why? I can see going through a parking-lot to skip a right turn lane line. But they just kept going the direction they were already going? And when the light was green? And when there was no line to wait on?
It just looks like one big illegal waste of time.

In theory they could avoid waiting for the light, but doesn’t look like that’s what happened here. I’d guess they got confused about where they were going and turned onto the little side street and then realized they needed to go straight after all.
